Nancy & Sheila, I have not been to Beaver Dam in years but I did grow up there and my family and I attended the Church of Christ when your family attended. I take the Ohio County News and was sorry to read of the recent death of your mother. I remember Mrs. Taylor well and enjoyed talking with her sometimes at the end of services. I hope her long life was happy to the end. My condolences to you both and your families.

Nancy and Sheila, I am so sorry to hear of your Mom's passing. I can always see the happy smile on her face and that sweet laughter that was so contagious. She was a treasure to be around. May you find the days ahead comforting as you think of all the wonderful memories. My thoughts and prayers with you and your families.
God bless you all.

Sheila, Neisha, Alese , and Nancy - - I was so sorry to hear of Lexie's passing. I remember even from the days on W. 3rd what a sweet lady she was. She always had the biggest smile and seemed to enjoy life to the fullest. When Leigh Ann started Newton Parrish, we were at the mall one day and I saw Lexie at a distance. At the same time Leigh Ann saw "Mrs. Daniel - my gym teacher". Imagine my surprise when I realized Mrs. Daniel was my childhood friend that I hadn't seen in about 20 years and thanks to Lexie's beautiful white hair we reconnected. Lexie was loved by so many and will truly be missed.
