Robbie Jeneane Walker

HOMEWOOD, IL - Robbie Jeneane Ford, formerly of Ohio County, Kentucky, was born August 6, 1936, the fifth child of Pryse (Landrum) and Edgar Ford in Grayson Co. Kentucky. Sister to Marian Grey, Natolia Maxine, Edwinna, Tarrence Landrum “Pete”, Ramona Temple, and Laura Mae. Jeneane married Donald Cooper Walker and made a happy home in Homewood, Illinois. Mother of Gregory Donald and Tracey Belinda. Grandmother of Ashley Jeneane. Aunt to numerous nieces and nephews. One of the happiest and most positive people on earth to greet each day, she always stayed busy, as a stylist, altruist of the less fortunate, bowling leaguer, expert gardener, avid reader, world-class Southern chef and baker of mouthwatering tiny chocolate chip cookies with her “secret” recipe. She loved the color purple right down to her ever-immaculately polished fingernails. She was beyond well-loved with many devoted friends. Jeneane passed Tuesday, April 29, 2025 in Homewood, Illinois.
