It is with great sadness that the family of Paul Courtney Culligan announce his sudden passing into the arms of our Lord. Paul’s death was the result of natural causes. Beloved father of Caitlin (28), Margaret (26), Patricia (25), Leo (23), and John Paul (19). New grandfather to Amilia Beth (1), daughter of Patricia. Dearest brother of Patrick (Sue) and Leo (Janet) Culligan, Jody (Kerry) Nelson, Janet (Tim) Easton, and Bernadette (David) Ringwald. Cherished uncle of 23. Friend, mentor, and teacher of many. Adored by his community, to which he gave many years of music and joy. SERVICES: A Rosary will be said for Paul at 9:30am followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church, 639 S. Shelby St, Louisville, KY 40202, at 10:00am on 2 July 2022. Burial and graveside service will be held immediately following the Mass at Calvary Cemetery, 1600 Newburg Rd., Louisville, KY 40205. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Captain’s Quarters Riverside Grille, 5700 Captains Quarters Rd, Prospect, KY 40059, from 4:00pm until close on the evening of 2 July 2022.
