Delores June (Mounts) Smith

EVANSVILLE-Delores June Smith, 86, of Evansville, Indiana formerly of Centertown died Wednesday July 24, 2019 at Heritage Center in Evansville.  Delores was born in Sumner, Illinois to the late Edgar and Ester Angle Mounts.  She was retired from Buehler’s Buy Low and was a member of Liberty Lighthouse Church of God in Hartford.  She was preceded in death by her husband William “Red” Smith and a son Bill Smith.

Survivors include 3 sons-Donald R. Smith of Aurora, Colorado, Robert J. (Rick) Smith of Ocoee, Florida and James E. (Cherie) Smith of Evansville; 1 daughter-Margaret J. Smith of Haubstadt, Indiana; 1 sister-Martha (Sam) Keown of Centertown; daughter-in-law-Rita Smith of Blountsville, Alabama; 10 Grandchildren-Sherri Smith, Brian Smith, Michelle Clark, Matthew Smith, Christina Ellenburg, Ashby Henning, Sarah Smith, Roxann Moore, Charlene Ross, Shalene Henry; many great grandkids.

Services are 2:00 PM Saturday at Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Beaver Dam, Kentucky with Bro. Kenny Wilkerson officiating.  Burial will be in Echols Cemetery near Rockport, KY.  Visitation will be from 10AM until 2PM Saturday at the funeral home.  Online condolences may be sent to bevilbrosfuneralhomes.com
