William M. Rouse

HARTFORD-William M. Rouse, 85, died Tuesday April 14, 2020 at Baptist Health in Madisonville, Kentucky.  He was born in Paducah to the late Mondrel and Geneva Donohue Rouse.  Mr. Rouse was an iron worker and worked out of Local 103, having worked at Alcoa and TVA, he was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean Conflict, a Mason, Shriner and a member of Hartford Second Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife Virginia Bartlett Rouse; a daughter-Cindy Sams; a son-William Lamar “Marty” Rouse; 2 grandchildren.
