William "Barney" Neel Phelps

BEAVER DAM – William Neel Phelps “Barney”, 72, of Beaver Dam passed away April 9th, 2025. He was born November 26th, 1952 to the late Oscar and Mary Baize Phelps.

Barney owned and operated William Phelps Trucking. He was passionate about his career and greatly enjoyed serving many farmers in the county.

He is survived by his sister, Martha (Don) Frakes of Donnellon, Florida; brother Jack Phelps of Henderson, Kentucky; along with several nieces and nephews.
