ROCHESTER- Viola M. Crume, 96, of Rochester died Sunday July 2, 2017 at Heartford House in Owensboro, KY. She was born in Spencer County, Indiana to the late Charles M. and Dana Baum McVey. She was a homemaker, a Kentucky Colonel and a member of Olaton Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert R. Crume, a son- Randall Kenneth Crume and a sister-Edna Greer.
Survivors include1 son-Gerald Wayne(Rosalin Ann) Crume of Sacramento, KY; 2 daughters-Deanna (Ray) Estes of Lewisport, KY and Sandra (Steve) Hammers of Rochester, KY; 1 brother-Charles Irvin McVey of Valley Station, KY; 1 sister-Lunetta Burt of St. Matthews, KY; 13 Grandchildren; 30 Great Grandchildren; 10 Great Great Grandchildren.
Services will be 11:00 A.M. Thursday July 6, 2017 at Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Beaver Dam, Kentucky with Bro. Ray Estes officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Zion Cemetery in Richland, Indiana.
