Beaver Dam- Sarah A. Simpson, 71, passed away Sunday, October 16, 2016, at her home. She was born May 8, 1945 in Louisville to the late Ben Kinman and Dorothy Blanchard
Sarah was a homemaker and a member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church in Beaver Dam.
She was preceded in death by her husband Oscar W. Simpson.
Survivors include 2 sons; Wayne (Rebecca) Simpson of Bowling Green and Alan (Dawn) Simpson of Odenton, MD; step-son Oscar Ray (Renee) Simpson of Streator, IL; 2 daughters Sonja (James) Davis of Hartford and Kim Simpson of Beaver Dam; 2 step-daughters Tammy (Jim) Devries and Ellen Simpson; 8 grandchildren Sarah (Juan) Gomez, Kayla, Michael, Kristina, Ryleigh, Bradley & Jessica Simpson and Wil Davis; five great-grandchildren, Destiniee Gomez, Juan Gomez, Catarina Gomez, Andres Gomez and Ana Gomez; 3 brothers Tommy Gray, Joe Kinman and Billy Kinman all of Louisville; 4 sisters Marcella Mattingly, Patsy Smith, Ellen Hanaver and Debbie Burgess.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 19, 2016, at Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Beaver Dam with Bro. David Summers officiating. Burial will follow in Sunnyside Cemetery in Beaver Dam.
Friends may visit with the family from 4-8 Tuesday and from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
