Ruby Meneta (Snodgrass) Daugherty

Centertown- Ruby Meneta Daugherty, 86, passed away Friday, Nov. 4, 2016, at Signature Care Home in Hartford. She was born Nov. 15, 1929, in Centertown, to the late Lawrence B. and Violet Mae Bishop Snodgrass.
Ruby was a homemaker, attended Lone Star General Baptist Church and loved to spend time with her children and grandchildren. She loved to attend church and gospel singings.
She was preceded in death by her husband Gilbert N. Daugherty, a brother Truman Snodgrass and sister Shirley Rochefort.
Survivors include 4 sons: Stephen (Belinda) Daugherty and Jeffery Daugherty of Centertown, Randall (Rose) Daugherty of Montrose, CO and Rodney (Kris) Daugherty of Rock Springs, Wyoming, two daughters; Anita (Leslie) Cox of Centertown and Pamela Daugherty of Paonia, CO., 16 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild, 3 brothers Tommy (Bettie) Snodgrass, Charlie Snodgrass and Larry Snodgrass, 6 sisters Louise (Carl) Addington,Rita Feldbush, Mary Snodgrass, Diana Sue (Bill) Miller & Patricia (Eddy) Simpson.
Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, Nov. 11, 2016, at Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Beaver Dam with Bro. David Clark officiating. Burial will be in Centertown Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family from 4-8 p.m. Thursday and 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
