Ronald Gene Embry

Horse Branch-Ronald Gene Embry, 70, passed away Wednesday, October 18, 2023, at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Evansville, IN.  He was born July 30, 1953, in East St. Louis, IL, to the late Everett and Louise Purkhiser Embry.

Ron was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed fishing and hunting.

He was preceded in death also by his wife Paula Lynette Embry and father-in-law Conward Frame.

Ron is survived by his daughter Amanda Embry; sister Linda (Roger) Suddeth; brother Michael (Jeannie Diakosis) Embry; mother-in-law Rena Frame.

Funeral services will be at 3:00 p.m. Saturday , October 21, 2023, at Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Beaver Dam with Bro. Steven Smith officiating.  Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery near Cromwell, KY.

Friends may visit with the family from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
