Norma (Patterson) Bishop

Centertown- Norma Patterson Bishop, 85, passed away Friday, Feb. 2, 2018 at OHRH.  She was born on Jan. 27, 1933, in the No Creek Community of Ohio County, daughter of the late C.O. and Gertrude Patterson.

Norma was of the Baptist Faith and was retired from G.E. in Owensboro after 44 years of service.

She was preceded in death by her son Donald Gene Bishop and her brothers and sisters:  Alice Cullan, Chlora Dame, Wilda Abner, Ruby Gregory, Elizabeth Boyd, Bethel Patterson, Leslie Patterson, Ross Patterson, Kenneth Patterson, Jessie Patterson, Jack Patterson and Goebel “Buddy” Patterson.

Survivors include her son Barry Bishop and grandsons Cody Bishop.and Anthony Shane Bishop.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, Feb. 5, 2018, at Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Beaver Dam.  Friends may visit with the family from 9-11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
