Lula Marcene Chancellor Lucas

HARTFORD-Lula Marcene Chancellor Lucas, 60, of Hartford died Sunday March 10, 2019 at Twin Rivers Nursing Home in Owensboro.  She was born in Hartford to the late Elbert and Celda Sutton Rafferty, was a home maker and of the Christian faith.

Survivors include her son-Michael (Ashley) Decker and 3 grandchildren.
