Beaver Dam- Leslie Ann Stewart Pugh, 48, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 17, 2021 , at the Ohio County Hospital. She was born June 15, 1973 in Birmingham, Alabama.
Leslie was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband Jason Pugh; son Chase Pugh; parents Steve and Vicki Watson Stewart.
Memorial Gathering will be Friday, Aug. 20, 2021, from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Beaver Dam.
