CENTERTOWN - Joe Lake Smith (Nicky), 60, of Centertown, Kentucky passed away at home on October 14, 2024. He was born in Harlan Co., Kentucky on December 19th, 1963.
Nicky enjoyed riding motorcycles and spending time with his friends.
He is survived by his mother, Brenda Norman (Don); brother, Kenneth Petrey; two sisters, Jeana German and Michelle Hagg; and four children.
The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date. Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Beaver Dam, Kentucky is in charge of arrangements. Online condolences may be sent to bevilbrosfuneralhomes.com.
