HARTFORD-Jodi Lynn Hazelwood Morphew passed away Sunday July 10, 2016. Jodi was born July 26, 1975 in Owensboro to Joey and Judy Motherhead Hazelwood. Jodi was a faithful member of Cedar Grove Church. Jodi loved her family dearly, she married the love of her life Blake Morphew November 20, 2004. They have 3 beautiful children-Ben Wood, Alex Morphew and Blane Morphew.
She was employed as a dental hygienist for Dr. Joe McCarty for 17 years. Jodi was such a vibrant, beautiful and sweet lady. She could light up any room with her lovely smile and big blue eyes. She loved traveling, doughnuts, pizza, music, shopping, going to the lake and beach, dancing and ice cream. She was preceded in death by her Grandparents Charles and Madeline Daugherty Motherhead.
She is survived by her husband Blake; 3 sons-Ben, Alex and Blane; Her parents Joey (Pop) and Judy (Gig) Hazelwood. Her in laws-Dwight (Pappaw) and Kathy (Granny) Morphew; her brothers-Drew and Matt Hazelwood; Grandparents-Archie and Jeanette Hazelwood and Grandmother-Joann Ambs; brother and sister-in-law Brett and Jessi Morphew, Travis and Heidi Raymond. Special aunts and uncles-Brenda and Kurt Ford, David and Claudia Hazelwood, Steve and Judy Motherhead and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Memorial services are 2:00 P.M. Wednesday July 13, 2016 at Cedar Grove Church with Bro. Larry Embry and Bro. Marty Cruze officiating. Visitation will be from 2-8 P.M.
