Jerry W Moore

McHenry- Jerry W. Moore, 70, passed away on October 3, 2022 at OHRH in Owensboro.  He was born on June 19, 1952 in Hartford, KY.

Jerry was a member of UMWA Local 9653.  He was a mechanic at Peabody Coal Company Camp 11 Mine.  He graduated from Ohio County High School in 1970.

Jerry loved being with his family , especially his grandchildren and loved farming and working with his tractor.

He was preceded in death by his father Charles “Capp” Moore and his first wife Rosalee Moore.

Survivors include his wife Sherry Moore; mother Lydia Moore; sons Joe Moore(Susan) and Kevin Moore(Leah); step-son Cody Everley; step- daughter Heather Marlow brother Terry Moore (Ruth); sister Sharon Little (Barry); several grandchildren.

There will be a celebration of life for Mr. Moore at Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Beaver Dam from 5-8 p.m. Friday, October 7, 2022.
