ROCKPORT-Jeffrey A. Bland, 38 of Rockport died Tuesday August 30, 2016 in Rockport. He was born in Terre Haute, Indiana to the late Ronald and Marcia Higgins Bland. Jeff was employed by Perdue Farms in Cromwell, KY.
Survivors include his girlfriend-Sherry Napier of Rockport; 2 sisters-Sherri Gray of Terre Haute, IN and Madonna Fields of Hartford City, IN; 3 brothers-Maurice Taggart of Wheatland, IN, James Phifer, Jr. of Willow Hill, IL and Mark Phifer of Hartford City, IN; 2 step children-Michael Napier and Darla Napier; 2 nieces-Jessica Gray and Brandy Sims; 2 great nieces-Za’Rhianna Gray and Nevaeh Roberts; 3 great nephews-Kadrien Flowers, Keiont’ae Wilford and Leland Roberts.
