Beaver Dam- Jeffery Dale Blankenship, 53, passed away Monday Dec. 26, 2016, at his home. He was born Aug. 25, 1963 in Fort Bragg, NC.
He was a member of Concord Baptist Church, a machinist and enjoyed fishing, hunting, racing and 4 wheel riding.
Survivors include his son: Jeffery Ty Blankenship, daughter: Allison Danielle Blankenship, his parents: James Dale and Elmeta Fay Addington Blankenship, grandson: Gunner Coal Cash, brother: Gene (Joan) Blankenship and Sister: Denise Rene(Larry) Griffin.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday , Dec. 30, 2016, at Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Beaver Dam with Bro. Glenn Armstrong officiating. Burial will follow in Sunnyside Cemetery.
Friends may visit with the family from 4-8 p.m. Thursday and from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
