Jacob O. Fuqua

Beaver Dam- Jacob O. Fuqua, 22, passed away Saturday, October 27, 2018.  He was born in Owensboro on September 4, 1996, son of Randy Fuqua and the late Sarah Turner Fuqua.

Jacob attended Life Harvest Ministries and was a cook at KFC in Beaver Dam.

Survivors include his father Randy Fuqua; daughters Carleigha, Amara and Marcella Fuqua; sisters Sonny Parrish and Tara Fuqua; grand mother Pat Neighbors;step-brother Randy Patton; step-sister Jessica Cameron; 3 nieces and 1 nephew; Fiance Rebekah Daugherty

Memorial services will be held 2:00 p.m.  Friday, November 2, 2018, at  Life Harvest Ministries at 125 N. Main Street in Beaver Dam with Pastor Eric Hill officiating.

Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Beaver Dam is in charge of arrangements.
