McHENRY-Frank William Smith, 59, of McHenry died Sunday July 10, 2016 at Ohio County Hospital. He was born in Harlan County, Kentucky and was a coal miner. Survivors include his son-Jonathan Keith Smith; 2 brothers-J.C. Smith and Tom Smith; 4 sisters-Bea Farris, Kat McClain, Lou Farris and Bootsie Middleton; 2 grandchildren-Easton Smith and Tristen Coffey.
The family will have a memorial service at a later date. Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Beaver Dam is in charge of arrangements. Online condolences may be sent to bevilbrosfuneral@bellsouth.net
