Dwight L Shain

OLATON -  Dwight L. Shain, 68, of Olaton, Kentucky passed away February 10th, 2025 at Fordsville Nursing and Rehab. He was born in Owensboro, Kentucky on December 3rd, 1956 to late Murrell and Constance Gross Shain.

Dwight was a Christian, a fan of UK sports and a lifelong Democrat. He was self-employed and worked as farmer and logger.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his brother, Alan Shain.

Those left to cherish his memory are his sister, Sharon Shain of Hartford and several cousins.

A funeral service will be held Tuesday, March 11th, 2025 at 2:00 PM at Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Beaver Dam, Kentucky with Bro. Keith Page officiating. Friends may visit with the family from 12:00 PM until time of service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Olaton Cemetery.
