HARTFORD-Donald V. Kershner, 59, of Hartford died Friday April 27, 2018 at Ohio County Hospital.

He was born in Long Beach, California and was retired from the U.S. Army.

Survivors include his son-Vandor Kershner of McGaheysville, VA; a brother-John Kershner and a sister-Deborah Kershner.
