HARTFORD-Dallas K. Geary, 67, of Hartford passed away March 23, 2016 at Commonwealth Regional Specialty Hospital in Bowling Green, KY. He was born on October 2, 1948 in Centertown, KY to the late Kenneth & Mae Morris Geary. He was preceded in death by one son, Tim Whittaker and two brothers, Donald & Edward Geary.
Dallas was a member of Barnetts Creek Baptist Church where he served as a trustee, he was retired from Aleris and was an avid Kentucky Wildcat Basketball Fan. Dallas loved life, his church and his family.
Survivors include his loving wife Susie Whittaker Geary; two sons-Chris (Whitney) Geary of Hartford and Jason (Kim) Whittaker of Hartford; two daughters-Allison Geary of Owensboro and Jennifer (Tom) Woods of Hartford; three brothers-Billy (Shirley) Geary of Beaver Dam, Tony (Bonnie) Geary of Hartford and Ricky (Tinia) Geary of Hartford; 11 Grandchildren-Audrina Tinsley, Jaxon Lindsey, Griffin Geary, Jesse Woods, Calee Whittaker, Jayln Whittaker, Langdon Geary, Tiffany Raymond, Aaron Whittaker, Kelsey Whittaker, Aulton Whittaker; 10 Great Grandchildren and several nieces & nephews.
A Memorial service will be held 2:00 P.M.Thursday March 31, 2016 at the Barnetts Creek Baptist Church Fellowship Hall. Bro. Lealin Geary will be officiating. Visitation with the family will be from 10:00AM until the time of service. Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Beaver Dam is in charge of arrangements.
