Chris Aileen Whitworth

Olaton- Chris Aileen Whitworth, 78, passed away Jan. 31, 2021, at OHRH in Owensboro.  She was born Dec. 18, 1942 in Kansas City, MO, daughter of the late Christian F. and Hilda Rodgers Whitworth.

Chris retired after working as a teachers aide and volunteered at Wayland Elementary.  She attended Fairview Baptist Church.

She is survived by her daughters; Bonnie Brashear, Karen Vinson and Sabrina Schwartz; grandchildren Abigail Tyson, Sara Lopez, Janene Flores, Nathaniel Callahan, Amber Lowe, Aaron Lowe and Matthew Lowe; great grandchildren Grant Lopez, Ian Lee, Dominic Lee, Kalieb Moore and Rylee Moore.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 2, 2021, at Bevil Bros. Funeral Home with Bro. Charles Brownd officiating.  Burial will follow in Sunnyside Cemetery in Beaver Dam.

Friends may visit with the family from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
