Charles Robert Simpson

Beaver Dam- Charles Robert Simpson, 78, passed away Tuesday, May 22, 2018, at his home. He was born July 16, 1939 in McHenry to the late Roscoe and Margaret Fulkerson Simpson.

Charles served in the U.S. Army and enjoyed UK Basketball, collecting NASCAR, baseball cards , flea markets and yard sales.

He was preceded in death by his wife Dianna Lynn Simpson.

Survivors include his sons; Jason Chinn(Annie) and Jimmy Smith(Shannon); daughters Sandy Rose Deweese (Jr.), Sherrita Marshall (Junior), Robin Smith (Tom), Regina “Buck” Hudspeth (Bill), Faye Crowe (Bill), Janice Knapp (Richard) and Shawnette Barrett (Charles); several grandchildren; sister Dolly Burton and a brother-Randall Ball.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, May 25, 2018, at Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Beaver Dam with Bro. Glennie Geary officiating.  Friends may visit with the family from 4-8 p.m. Thursday and 9-11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Ohio County Honor Guard will perform military rites.
