Carl William Vance

Hartford- Carl William Vance passed away at his home, at the age of 62, on July 2, 2017.
Carl was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence Vance, Floy and Wilkie “Pappy” Embry.
Carl is survived by his wife, Rita Vance, who stayed by his side until the very end. His children: Carl Vance II of Hartford, Dale and Kim Vance of Hartford, Jeffery and Ruth Vance of Owensboro, Jennifer and Brandon Shelton of Cannelton, IN and Samantha and Luke Patterson of Trion, GA; brothers Frankie Royal and Arthur Vance; sisters Nora Vance, Darlene McIntruff and Erma Pierce. Carl and Rita have 11 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, July 6, 2017, at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church Fellowship Hall from 10:00 a.m. until 12 noon.
Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Beaver Dam is in charge of arrangements.
