Bobby Allen Roberts

HARTFORD – Bobby Allen Roberts, 46, of Hartford passed away March 22nd, 2026 at Ohio County Hospital. He was born in Daviess County, Kentucky on May 1st, 1979 to James Roberts, Sr. and Judy Bruington Roberts.

Bobby was a deacon at Hartford Baptist Church. He loved the Lord and serving the children at church. He loved working with his hands and spending time outdoors. Bobby was a selfless man who stayed busy and was always doing something for others.

Bobby is preceded in death by his father, James Roberts, Sr; mother-in-law, Barbara Cummins; and brother-in-law, John Cummins.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Nikki Cummins Roberts; daughter, Madison Roberts; son, Matthew Roberts (Rachel Moxley); mother, Judy Bruington Roberts; brother, James Roberts, Jr.; sisters, Virginia Roberts and Glenita Roberts; father-in-law, Edmond Cummins; sister-in-law, Cynthia Kobylski (Michael); brothers-in-law, Darrel Cummins and Jay-Glenn Cummins; his church family and friends at Hartford Baptist Church; along with several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at Hartford Baptist Church on Wednesday, March 25th, 2026 at 4:00 PM with Bros. Clint White and Jason Tierney presiding. Friends may visit with the family from 10:00 AM until the time of service at the church. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, send donations to the Bobby Roberts Memorial Fund, c/o Hartford Baptist Church, 415 Liberty Street, Hartford, KY 42347. Bevil Bros.
