Bessie Milligan (Duncan) St Clair

Hartford- Bessie Milligan St Clair, 94, formerly of Hartford, passed away Friday, August 17, 2018, at Beaver Dam Nursing and Rehab. She was born in the Lone Star Community of Ohio County Dec. 12, 1923 to the late George Lem and Charlena Rowe Duncan.
Bessie was a member of No Creek United Methodist Church and had retired from G.E. in Owensboro.
Survivors include her son David Allen and daughter Bertha Sheffield.
Graveside services will be held at Lone Star Cemetery Saturday, August 18, 2018, at 1:00 p.m.
Bevil Bros. Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
The family request that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to Lone Star Cemetery .
