CROMWELL-Barbara Lowe, 63, of Cromwell died Saturday August 13, 2016 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. She was born in Greenville, South Carolina and was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband Donald Lowe of Cromwell.
