Ava (Fulkerson) Wortheam

Hartford- Ava Wortheam, 87, passed away Wednesday, January 6, 2021, at Ohio County Hospital.  She was born Dec. 18, 1933 in Calhoun, KY, daughter of the late Willie Clay and Emma Evans Fulkerson.

Ava was a homemaker and a member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Beaver Dam.

She was preceded in death by her husbands Truman Howell and Jack Wortheam and daughter Terry Marie Howell.

Survivors include sons; Ellis Howell, Kenneth (Frances) Howell, Robert Howell and Bill Howell; daughter Freda White;  several grandchildren and great grandchildren; brothers Charles Fulkerson and Joe Fulkerson.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, Jan. 8, 2021, at Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Beaver Dam.  Burial will follow in Sunnyside Cemetery in Beaver Dam.  Friends may visit with the family from 12 Noon until 2:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
