Anna Elizabeth (King) Phipps

Hartford- Anna Elizabeth Phipps, 89, passed away March 18, 2019 at her home.  She was born in Ohio County on May 15, 1929 daughter of the late Richard and Emma Jane Carter King.

Anna was retired from Ohio County Hospital,  was a homemaker and a member of Hartford Baptist Church.

She was also preceded in death by her husband Walter and son Steve Phipps.

Survivors include her son Charles (Sharon) Phipps; daughter Karen (Marty) Vance; grandchildren John Phipps, Regina McCarren, Aaron Vance, Jeremy Vance, Elissi Hedden; great grandchildren Emily Vance, Jacob Vance, Andree Gunter, Elijah Vance, Jonah Hedden, Samuel Hedden, Tyler McCarren and Brock McCarren.

Funeral services will be at 3:00 p.m.  Wednesday, March 20, 2019, at Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Beaver Dam with Bro. David Coleman officiating.  Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery in Hartford.

Friends may visit with the family from 1-3 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
