Anna L. (Brownd) Phelps

HARTFORD-Anna L. Phelps, 93, of Hartford died Sunday June 2, 2019 at Signature Healthcare in Hartford. She was born in Olaton to the late Ira and Iva Myers Brownd.  She was a member of Hartford Second Baptist Church, was retired from Montpelier Glove Factory and was a homemaker.  She was preceded in death by her husband Dalphes Phelps, a grandson Roy Dale West, Sr. and a great granddaughter Heather West.

Survivors include a son, Rudy (Robin) Phelps of Hartford, a daughter, Glenda West of Beaver Dam; a brother-William Brownd of Hartford and a sister-June McBride of Hartford; 5 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

Services are 2:00 P.M. Thursday June 6, 2019 at Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Beaver with Bro. Pete Leach and Bro. Larry Embry officiating.  Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery in Hartford.  Visitation will be from 4-8PM Wednesday and from 9AM until funeral time on Thursday at the funeral home.  Online condolences may be sent to bevilbrosfuneralhomes.com
