Anita Joyce Embry

BEAVER DAM-Anita Joyce Embry, 82, made her journey to be with the Lord on Thursday, June 13, 2024 at Owensboro Health Regional Health Hospital. She attended Cedar Grove Church in Olaton.

She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Wendell Paul Embry, her parents, Ether and Bethel Boyd, and her sister, Sue Snyder.

She is survived by her three sons; Barry (Teresa) Embry, Rick Embry and Tom Embry, all reside in Beaver Dam; one brother, Kenneth (Marilyn) Boyd of Horse Branch; seven grandchildren, Ashley (Chris) Vincent of Centertown, Jonathan (Lindsey) Embry of Owensboro, Alex (JoBeth) Embry of Hartford, Lindsey (Jeffrey) Rees of Henderson, Mykael (Matt) Horning of Hartford, Samantha Embry of Owensboro and Ethan Embry of Beaver Dam; and ten great-grandchildren, Maddox, Molly, Grace, Brayden, Weylin, Colton, Edison, Clara, Christopher and Vanessa.

A Celebration of Life for Mrs. Embry will be held at a later date. Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Beaver Dam is in charge of arrangements.
